Universal Ice Bag

The Universal Ice Bag allows staff to apply cold to a particular area, in order to slow blood circulation, towards significantly reducing inflammation and localised swelling that causes pain. This reusable and single-patient-use ice bag is especially useful around a joint or tendon. While the soft, spunbond outer layer protects the skin from ice burns, the dual-layer inner lining simultaneously keeps moisture in the bag as the ice begins to melt. For repeated use on a single patient, the reusable closure provides an easy and efficient way to refill the bag. In addition, for a better fit on any patient, the universal ice bags are equipped with four ties or hook-and-loop (following the configuration preferred in your facility), which allows the bag to be attached directly to numerous areas on the body including legs, arms, shoulders and more.
