Patient Body Strap

The Patient Body Strap is a specially developed disposable securement solution that promotes safe surgical patient positioning while a patient is on an operating theatre table. The straps limit unwanted movements and lower the potential risk of falls during surgeries that can lead to severe injuries. Each strap is suitable for use on patients set in the most common surgical positions. Made with strong and soft polyester foam, the straps will accommodate a variety of patient sizes, with minimum discomfort. In addition, with the help of the hook-and-loop closure, clinicians can fit, adjust or remove the straps, based on the position of the patient undergoing surgery. Finally, to limit cross-contamination from one patient to another in the operating theatre, the straps are disposable. The body straps have dimensions of 10 x 83.5 cm and are available for single-unit purchase.
