The Hudson Venturi Oxygen Mask with Star Lumen Tubing provides low to moderate FiO2. This device directs the flow of oxygen through a nozzle that is surrounded by air entrainment ports. To accommodate different oxygen concentrations, the oxygen mask comes with six nozzle adapters. Additionally, for easy identification of which O2 per cent per diluter is administered, all nozzle adapters are colour-coded. Staff must insert each nozzle individually into the 22-F circuit proximally before therapy. Variations include: Blue: 24% Yellow: 28% White: 31% Green: 35% Red: 40% Orange: 50% For greater safety in the events of kinks, the mask integrates Star lumen oxygen tubing. Finally, the Hudson Venturi Oxygen Mask with Star Lumen Tubing comes with one humidification adapter for the connection of a large volume nebuliser.
